As a Front Desk Agent, you play a key role in supporting Front Office operations and upholding the service standards of the hotel. This position is ideal for a UAE National who takes pride in representing Emirati culture, values, and professionalism within an international hospitality environment.
Your role contributes to smooth daily operations, accurate handling of guest information, and seamless coordination with internal departments to ensure a high level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Support Front Desk operations by handling guest information, reservations, and system updates accurately.
Ensure smooth processing of check-in and check-out procedures in line with hotel standards.
Maintain accurate guest records, room status updates, and occupancy details in the Front Office system.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Finance, Reservations, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Follow Front Desk cashiering procedures, ensuring accuracy in postings and transactions.
Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information at all times.
Stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, services, promotions, and operational updates.
Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with company policies.
Represent Emirati values, culture, and hospitality through professionalism, respect, and attention to detail.
