Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute specialty menus and dishes for the assigned culinary category.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in your specialty.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to incorporate specialty items into the overall menu.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards within your specialty area.
- Train and mentor the kitchen team in your specialized culinary techniques.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of specialty dishes during service hours.
- Create and adapt recipes to accommodate dietary preferences and cultural variations.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques relevant to your specialty.
- Participate in special culinary events, promotions, and guest interactions related to your expertise.
- Collaborate with other culinary departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
